Post Partum Depression & Anxiety
For so many of us, the experience after we have a baby isn't what we expected! What is supposed to be the best time of your life can be a really challening time. I say often that I love working with postpartum mothers because "people get better." We support, you can grow into the version of you that is a mother. Let's do it!
Postpartum Depression
After the first few weeks of parenthood, every day should not feel like a nightmare. Everday should not be filled with fear and dread. You are not alone, you are not crazy and there is so much help available. It is so hard to adjust to having a new baby and so much you can do to feel better.
Postpartum Anxiety
For lots of moms, the first experiences of motherhood are filled with worry and panic. This anxiety can feel so heavy and unamanable. Intrusive thoughts, racing worries and endless rumination can feel impossible. Its not uncommon to feel like no one else understands. You can get anxiety post partum under control.
